The successful completion of the project "Fostering Partnerships For Equitable Cities - Capacity building for participatory spatial planning", has been celebrated together with distinguished guests and His Excellency Martin dela Beij, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Tirana. Over the past three years, the Dutch government (MATRA) funded project has worked to promote participatory neighbourhood planning, and develop capacity building in spatial development in Albania. To this end, Co-PLAN, Institute for Habitat Development, have worked in close cooperation with the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS), and POLIS University, piloting the project in the municipalities of Durrës, Shkodër and Fier. >>

URBAN DILEMMAS ON TV

URBAN DILEMMAS is the newest television production dedicated entirely to the city and the urban challenges we are faced with on a daily basis. This program offers new ways to look at changes in the city, and alternatives to solve them in order to grow into a city of opportunities. Let's look at solving some of the dilemmas concerning our neighbourhoods, flats, and other developments happening around us. You can watch us on Albanian Screen every Wednesday starting from March 20, 2013!
