It is with utmost pleasure that we share with you the 6th issue of the  "Co - PLAN Gazette" , which covers the latest developments of the second half of 2013 , with particular focus on the territorial administrative reform. The discourse on  ' Territorial Reform ' has received much media time and attention. The discourse however has varied from ' politicized ' to ' simplified ' leaving out important dimensions, primarily focusing on the  physical dimension of the reform.
