This project will foster the development potential of municipalities and improve the socio-economic and environmental conditions of local communities in Albania. The action addresses the main problems that affect the quality of life and economic perspectives of Albanian citizens at local level along the urban-rural divide due to capacity limitations of local Governments to assume the provision of quality public services.
This project aims to contribute to the improvement and empowerment of environmental organizations and to influence the promotion of cooperation between civil society actors, public authorities and the private sector to advocate and address environmental issues in Albania.

The “ENV.net factoring the environmental portfolio for WB and Turkey in the EU Policy Agenda” is a regional project, bringing together seven partner organisations from the Western Balkan and Turkey and two EU member-state based partners.
This program is a two-way exchange involving 38 professionals from five selected European countries (Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia) and 19 mentors from the United States who will effect positive change in their communities.
