Drafting of the Strategic Environmental Assessment Report (SEA) was undertaken in the framework of the General Local Plan (GLP). The SEA document was developed parallel with the GLP\u2019s drafting process, as set out in Law no. 91\/2013, dated 28.02.2013 “On the Strategic Environmental Assessment”. The technical support provided under the PLGP Project of the United States Agency for International Development and Co-PLAN. Analyzed issues\/thematics in this document have been discussed and agreed upon with interest groups during public consultation and participatory processes.<\/p>\n
