The SEA document was developed parallel with the GLP\u2019s drafting process, as set out in Law no. 91\/2013, dated 28.02.2013 \u201cOn the Strategic Environmental Assessment\u201d. The technical support provided under the PLGP Project of the United States Agency for International Development and Co-PLAN.
