This manual, “Understanding the Value of Assets: Co-ownership Management” was prepared by the Co-PLAN Institute for Habitat Development, in the framework of the implementation of the project “Reducing the use of energy and CO2 emissions of carbon dioxide through CO2 a common participation of civil society and local government, educating residents and increasing thermal efficiency in residential buildings “as a joint initiative of Fier Municipality, Co-PLAN Institute for Habitat Development and the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, financially supported by the co-financing of the European Community Delegation in Tirana and the Municipality of Fier.<\/p>\n
