Co-PLAN, Instituti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Habitatit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb jofitimprur\u00ebse q\u00eb ka kontribuar n\u00eb zhvillimin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, n\u00eb qeverisjen e mir\u00eb urbane dhe rajonale, duke trajtuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjet ky\u00e7e mjedisore, zhvillimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, si dhe duke ndikuar politika dhe promovimin e pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb komunitetit q\u00eb nga viti 1995. N\u00eb thelb t\u00eb aktivitetit ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb puna me njer\u00ebzit dhe institucionet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur transformim t\u00eb preksh\u00ebm social dhe ndryshime pozitive n\u00eb terren, duke prodhuar njohuri promovuese p\u00ebr nj\u00eb manaxhim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb habitatit. Co-PLAN p\u00ebrmbush misionin e tij p\u00ebrmes aktiviteteve pilot dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve k\u00ebshilluese, t\u00eb cilat financohen nga institucione komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, si dhe p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb me komunitetet, nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e qeverisjes vendore dhe organizata t\u00eb tjera joqeveritare n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e manaxhimit urban dhe rajonal, manaxhimit t\u00eb mjedisit dhe financave komunale. Edhe pse ne jemi bazuar n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebri, ne kemi zhvilluar nj\u00eb rrjet t\u00eb gjer\u00eb projektesh n\u00eb terren n\u00eb nivel rajonal dhe komb\u00ebtar. Puna k\u00ebrkimore dhe konsultative e Co-PLAN nd\u00ebrton mbi kat\u00ebr fusha ekspertize: Zhvillimi Urban dhe Rajonal<\/a>, Manaxhimi i Financave Publike<\/a>, Manaxhimi i Mjedisit Urban <\/a>dhe Pun\u00eb K\u00ebrkimore,<\/a> si nj\u00eb element i integruar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat. Co-PLAN ka eksperienc\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe portofol t\u00eb larmish\u00ebm pune k\u00ebrkimore n\u00eb fushat e ekspertiz\u00ebs, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb planeve rregullues, planeve strategjik\u00eb, projekteve zhvillimor\u00eb, financave publike, vler\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb ndryshme mjedisore, etj. N\u00eb vite Co-PLAN ka zbatuar mbi 150 projekte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe rajon, t\u00eb financuara kryesisht nga agjenci zhvillimi si Komisioni Europian,<\/a> USAID<\/a>, UNDP<\/a>, Banka Bot\u00ebrore<\/a>, Qeveria Hollandeze<\/a>, Agjencia Austriake p\u00ebr Zhvillim,<\/a> Fondacioni i Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Hapur<\/a>, etj.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
