The EC funded 3 year project, which is piloted in the cities of Tirana, Durr\u00ebs, Elbasan and Shkod\u00ebr, is implemented by Co-PLAN, Institute for Habitat Development, Milieukontakt Albania, and five local organisations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project focuses on developing and piloting an alternative platform for monitoring air-noise pollution and urban greenery (fully compliant to EU directives).
