Kjo kriz\u00eb madhore d\u00ebshmoi <strong>d\u00ebshtim n\u00eb n\u00eb qytetb\u00ebrje, pavar\u00ebsisht pun\u00ebs s\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb disa sektor\u00eb apo drejtime. <\/strong>Po ashtu ka dal\u00eb n\u00eb pah fakti i munges\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar, parandaluar, apo zbutur efektet e katastrofave, apo kriza madhore me karakter shkat\u00ebrrues.
