N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb tranzicioni ende t\u00eb pakap\u00ebrcyer nga vendi yn\u00eb, kjo nism\u00eb promovon pik\u00ebrisht ato vlera, q\u00eb i shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebrshtat standarteve t\u00eb pranuara gjer\u00ebsisht brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrqafohen nga mbar\u00eb opinioni publik, duke u p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb thyeje me k\u00ebt\u00eb nism\u00eb mentalitete t\u00eb ngurt\u00ebsuara.<br \/>`Lidershipi Shqiptar` i sjell\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr fusha kryesore t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, qeverisjes, medias &amp; shtypit dhe sektorit privat \/ biznesit, nuk pretendon t\u00eb jap\u00eb \u00e7mim n\u00eb vler\u00ebsime specifike teknike t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre fushave. Q\u00ebllimi i Co-PLAN \u00ebsht\u00eb ti bashkoj\u00eb k\u00ebto kategori n\u00eb nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb t\u00eb vetme, at\u00eb t\u00eb lidershipit.
