Co-PLAN, Instituti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Habitatit shpall ‘Thirrje p\u00ebr Projekt Propozime’ n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit ‘ ideAL – Dialog p\u00ebr Zhvillim Politikash Gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri’. \u00a0Projekti \u2018ideAL\u2019, i cili zbatohet n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Qendr\u00ebn Evropiane t\u00eb Politikave (EPC) dhe <\/em>financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj thirrje synon: (1) T\u00eb leht\u00ebsohet p\u00ebrfshirja e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb proces dhe dialog me politik\u00eb-b\u00ebr\u00ebs n\u00eb sektor\u00eb politikash me prioritet p\u00ebr agjend\u00ebn e zhvillimit dhe integrimit t\u00eb vendit n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian; (2)\u00a0 T\u00eb aft\u00ebsohen aktor\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile (p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu organizata dhe individ\u00eb) <\/em>me njohuri teknike dhe mb\u00ebshtetje, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e advokimit dhe ndikimit n\u00eb politik\u00eb-b\u00ebrje. Fushat prioritare p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb thirrje jan\u00eb mir\u00ebq\u00ebnia dhe mbrojtja sociale, mbrojtja civile, edukimi, zhvillimi ekonomik – zhvillimi i turizmit dhe zhvillimi rural, mjedisi, ndryshimet klimatike dhe reduktimi i riskut, decentralizimi dhe qeverisja, reforma n\u00eb administrim publik dhe strehimi social. <\/em><\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpresim aplikime nga organizata dhe individ\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrmbushin kushtet e specifikuara n\u00eb dokumentin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb thirrjes. M\u00eb posht\u00eb mund t\u00eb shkarkoni dokumentin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb thirrjes dhe formatin e aplikimit\/buxhetin (Shtojca A dhe Shtojca B).
