– Instituti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Habitatit (AL), ka p\u00ebrfunduar projektin Qyteti p\u00ebr Qytetar\u00ebt , Qytetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr Qytetin mb\u00ebshtetur nga programi Evropa p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt. Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i projektit ishte t\u00eb inkurajoj\u00eb angazhimin qytetar n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat publike  dhe t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb mjeteve online dhe offline p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Duke ndjekur k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim kemi organizuar nj\u00eb seri ngjarjesh t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes dhe diskutimeve p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin nj\u00eb shans p\u00ebr t\u00eb takuar kryetarin e tyre  dhe per t\u00eb paraqitur sugjerime se si t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen lagjet e tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmes ngjarjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura me pjes\u00ebmarrje ata gjithashtu kishin nj\u00eb shans p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat publike. Moderator\u00eb me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb udh\u00ebhoq\u00ebn shumic\u00ebn e ngjarjeve q\u00eb ndihmuan p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb ato p\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe p\u00ebr ti dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje nevojave dhe preferencave t\u00eb banor\u00ebve n\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjet p\u00ebrfundimtare . T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto ngjarje soll\u00ebn ndryshime t\u00eb prekshme n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat publike t\u00eb zgjedhura , nga rinovimi i parqeve, k\u00ebndeve t\u00eb lojrave apo hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb l\u00ebna pas dore nga tranzicioni q\u00eb nuk plot\u00ebsonin asnj\u00eb funksion me par\u00eb, n\u00eb pikniqe, lexime publike dhe programe t\u00eb tjera interesante q\u00eb ringjallen hap\u00ebsirat publike. N\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, t\u00eb gjitha organizatat pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse dhe bashkit\u00eb organizuan shtat\u00eb ngjarje, disa prej tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura, t\u00eb cilat ndihmuan dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar komunitetet lokale n\u00eb disa raste.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rezultatet e projektit u prezantuan n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn p\u00ebrfundimtare, e cila u zhvillua n\u00eb DK Dunaj n\u00eb Bratislav\u00eb n\u00eb 24-27 mars. Konferenca diskutoi pjes\u00ebmarrjen e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, vullnetarizmin, zhvillimin urban, dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin mes bashkive, sektorit privat dhe jo-fitimprur\u00ebs dhe publik . P\u00ebrve\u00e7 prezantimeve ka pasur disa seminare praktike t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga trajnues me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar p\u00ebr tema t\u00eb tilla si puna me vullnetar\u00eb, komunikimi, planifikimit me pjes\u00ebmarrje dhe dy seminare ligjore, t\u00eb cilat ndihmuan pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit t\u00eb familjarizohen me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e nd\u00ebrtimeve t\u00eb paligjshme dhe parkimit .<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
