Guidelines for the preparation of the 5-year local social housing plans
This Guide is an assisting tool for local authorities in Albania to identify social housing needs and financial and operational programming to address these needs, pursuant to Law no. 22/2018 ‘On social housing’. It therefore, helps the municipalities to design their 5-year Social Housing Programmes, as a mandatory instrument based on legal provisions in force.
