“Green Lungs for our cities – alternative and bottom-up monitoring platform for air quality, noise pollution and urban greenery for policy influencing at local level” is aimed at developing and piloting an alternative platform for monitoring and advocating policy-influencing on Cities Green Lungs – air quality, noise pollution, and urban greenery at local level.
The “ENV.net factoring the environmental portfolio for WB and Turkey in the EU Policy Agenda” is a regional project, bringing together seven partner organisations from the Western Balkan and Turkey and two EU member-state based partners.
This program is a two-way exchange involving 38 professionals from five selected European countries (Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia) and 19 mentors from the United States who will effect positive change in their communities.
Co-PLAN in 2017, took upon itself an initiative supported also by OSIFE through its program “Europianisation Beyond Process”, to expand its vision towards Albania`s Europianisation with focuss on erritorial governance policies in various levels on pourpose factoring in policies and EU debates.
RisiAlbania has given an assignment to a team of Co-PLAN and Polis University to make a comparative regional analysis of the Albanian tourism sector, based on selected criteria of relevance, growth potential, gender and social equity and feasibility of intervention.
KINDLE Advocacy is implemented by Co-PLAN with the support of the US Embassy in Tirana. The project tackles the need for the young CSO-s and newly emerging activists to articulate evidence-based responses in influencing policy-making in pressing issues related to city-making, democracy and environment.
The aim of this project is to build the capacities of the Local Government Units (LGUs) in Public Finance Management based on good local and national practices as well as international standards.
Co-PLAN, in partnership with the Ministry of Finance and LëvizAlbania is working on the enrichment and further development of the platform, in the form of a Strategic Enabling Instrument, a useful and essential tool in monitoring the financial performance of municipalities in Albania and advocating for informed policies over a period of 3 years.
