Postgraduate Courses 2013
Co-PLAN, Institute for Habitat Development, in cooperation with the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS) in the Netherlands, part of Erasmus University and POLIS University, Albania, offer for the third year running postgraduate courses in spatial planning. The courses are funded by The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes – Tailor Made Training Scheme – NUFFIC, and the objective is to build capacities of the public and private sector and civil society organisations for formulating and implementing spatial plans and land management instruments.
